Your order will be delivered using the most trusted and reliable carriers: DHL, FedEx, or UPS for international shipments. For local orders, we use our most dependable courier service. All packages are shipped in plain, discreet packaging, so no one can guess what’s inside or where it's from. Most orders will arrive in heavy-duty Jiffy bags, providing maximum protection during transit. Depending on the size and nature of the items, your order may also arrive in secure cardboard boxes or padded satchels.

 

We use the following types of packaging:

• Plain padded envelopes

• Plain box (Large): 305 x 229 x 152 mm

• Plain box (Small): 203 x 152 x 102 mm

 

What Will My Package Look Like?

Your package will look just like any other everyday delivery, ensuring total privacy. There will be no visible indicators of the contents or the nature of the items inside. From the outside, it will appear like a standard parcel.

 

What Will Be Written on My Package?

Attached to your package will be a generic shipping label with your name and address, as well as our discreet return address. The sender's name will appear as "The Candy Shop," but at no point will there be any reference to the products inside. Your privacy is fully respected.

Return Address: The return address will simply be "The Candy Shop." Rest assured, no hints of the contents will be visible, and your delivery will always remain discreet.
